The best place for goodies in town! The staff are so nice and personal with their customers. They have daily deals that give major kick backs-- they also create a customer loyalty point system where you can use toward your purchases. Their inventory is always stocked with the best and top of the line strands. Every time we go in, it's a feeling of community; And they deliver for free too!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences over several months, I feel this needs to be said. I have a valid, unexpired Oregon ID. Months ago, the owner accepted it for a purchase but mentioned I should replace it because it might not be accepted in the future. I explained that it didn’t make sense to replace a valid ID that had already been accepted, but I was simply told to get a new one. On my most recent visit, I presented the same valid ID and was told in front of other customers, “I’m not going to break the law.” That comment made it sound like I was asking for something illegal, when I was only presenting a government-issued ID for verification. I understand businesses can refuse an ID if they are uncomfortable accepting it. My issue isn’t being denied service—it’s the inconsistency in how the ID is handled and the lack of clear, professional communication. The same ID has been accepted here before, but not consistently, which creates confusion as a customer. A simple, respectful explanation would have been enough. Instead, the interaction felt embarrassing and unprofessional. I hope management improves consistency with ID policies and ensures staff communicate decisions more professionally.

It did not take me long to become a regular. In fact, I’m pretty sure I haven’t gone to another dispo in Salem since finding MJs. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with was a delight and knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve never had a messed up order, and it usually gets here quickly.

Always a pleasure. There is a price range for everyone. I shop on a budget and leave happy with my purchase. The staff is great and the product is fresh and fire. They have sales on every day of the week, so look them up on Google or Dutchie White Chocolate Chip

*THIS PLACE IS AWESOME SHE FIXED ANY ISSUES I HAD AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK * *love this shop normally all the people I see there are amazing. They are small but have everything anyone wants. This past Thursday I went in during the day and had the WORST customer service I will never go around 1130 again. The budtendet was miserable and when I asked what flower is good for not coughing after surgery his immediate response was "nothing on the low shelves" he offered NO OTHER ADVICE I never once mentioned price. This is a service type job I understand, but he offered no insite or service. I brought 200$ with me n spent less than 75 because he was so un inviting. I have been looking for bud tending positions and waiting for an opening to become available. I've worked customer service for 20 years SUGGESTIVE sales increase gross receipts 30% plus your working to have customers come back and tips. I recommend going here at night for better customer service the morning guy doesn't seem to understand how critical great service is for this business.
